But How Do You Know What It's REALLY Worth?
It doesn't matter how much you paid for your property, or how many improvements you've put into it since then.
When you're trying to sell real estate, the only thing that matters is what it's worth today. You can set whatever listing price you want, but your property is really only worth what a genuine buyer is willing to pay for it today.
Real estate can be very changeable - what a property is worth this year may be very different from what it was worth last year, or what it will be worth next year.
How do you know what your property is actually worth in the current market? Appraisers and Realtors use the CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). This is compiled by using statistics of what comparable properties are listed for, and more importantly are actually selling for.
To assist you in determining the correct asking price, we'll provide you with a current Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA) of comparable properties that were recently sold and listed for sale in your neighborhood.
